Welcome to the president's page of the Riverbank Chamber of Commerce. I am Carla Strong, 2009/2010 Chamber Chairperson. I’d like to take just a moment of your time to share with you some of the most important benefits to being a chamber member.
Chamber Benefits
The greatest benefits are the business networking opportunities provided when you take an active role in the Chamber by attending events and seminars. Members provide increased resources of information about business trends and practices. Your participation can also bring referrals to your business from other Chamber members.
There is no better way to showcase your business than hosting a Chamber Coffee Hour or Mixer. Advertising for these events is provided by the Chamber through Constant Contact and the Chamber website at no charge.
Our Business of the Month program gives you the opportunity to be featured in the Chamber Community Page of The Riverbank News; these are archived on the Chamber website for later retrieval and emailed to our entire membership through Constant Contact.
The internet has revolutionized our world of communication. We’ve taken advantage of the latest techniques to drive search engines to the Riverbank Chamber web site. Active membership in the Chamber allows you six weeks of free advertising on the homepage. We also provide a link to your company website from our membership page. You can include your email address, making it easier for visitors to reach you directly. If you have job openings, list them free on the jobs page of the site.
